Abstract

Cultural heritage is an invaluable asset to society, playing a vital role in the spiritual survival of a nation and the promotion of sustainable development. This publication examines effective practices for preserving cultural heritage at the National Library of Bulgaria “St.St. Cyril and Methodius”. Special focus is given to the library’s “Adopt a Book” programme and the phototype publications it has released in recent years.
