IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROCESSES OF FORMATION AND UTILIZATION OF REMOTE ELECTRONIC INFORMATION RESOURCES IN LIBRARIES

Abstract

The article considers methodological recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of using electronic resources usage. The methodology covers a set of requirements for studying the information needs of users, assessment and selection of electronic information resources, licensing electronic information resources, organizing access, monitoring and recording statistics on the usage
of electronic information resources. It is recommended to use a comprehensive assessment approach to resources, taking into account all aspects of licensing, access, network interaction, pricing, and the use of modern technologies and standards.
