Abstract

This study examines the preservation, dissemination, and research challenges associated with scientific and informational materials about the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh. Given the consequences of Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression and the hybrid warfare against Armenian statehood, safeguarding Artsakh-related archival materials is a strategic priority. The research explores international best practices in library management, digitization strategies, and information security. The study underscores the importance of mobilizing scientific and cultural resources, integrating library and archival institutions, and strengthening collaborations with global academic communities to ensure the accessibility and protection of Artsakh’s intellectual heritage.
