ARMENIAN BOOK IN THE CROSSROADS OF THE HISTORY SHORT ESSAY

Abstract

The book as the most important communication value, has been estimated at all times. In different eras, when the Armenian people cling to the sources of salvation for the survival, the book and the writing have made their mission to save the nation, deposit of future generations to historical facts, scientific achievements, literary and artistic ideas. In the history of Armenian book is important the invention of typography, which allowed the development of a new level of art history. In the late 20 th century and 21 th century history book is entering a qualitatively new field of information related to automation and technology. History of digitizing books has become an integral part of the expanding range of readers, as well as becoming the defining issue of preservation of the most important books.
