The actively developing field of new media presents the reader not only with a variety of digital content of sites and applications,
but also with new options for its design. In the report on the material of new media of various types (instant messaging systems, social networks, videoconferencing, etc.), the issue of the influence of modern interfaces (UI) on text and its perception is considered. The relationship between the mechanisms of interaction of the resource with the text placed on it and with the user of this resource is analyzed.
